In the course of delivering contract janitorial care, CoClean collects: (a) Facility contact details including property manager names, official emails, and direct phone lines; (b) Operational dispatch telemetry including cleaner GPS shift check-in times and automated digital audit inspection photos; (c) Consumable restock telemetry including smart soap dispenser and paper towel sensor levels where integrated.
3. Physical Facility Access Keys & Alarm Security
We recognize that physical building access is sacred. Client electronic fobs, master keys, and security alarm codes are encrypted within our certified custody database. Cleaners are issued fobs only for active scheduled shifts and must return all physical credentials to secure vehicle lockboxes immediately following shift completion.
4. Data Retention, Subject Rights & DPO Inquiries
Facility audit logs and CCTV verification records are retained for a standard compliance window of 365 days, after which they are permanently purged. Enterprise clients possess the full right to audit, export, or request deletion of operational telemetry by lodging a formal request with our Data Protection Officer.
