CoClean agrees to perform the commercial janitorial, sanitization, and specialized surface maintenance tasks detailed in the Client Specification Exhibit (Scope of Work). Services will be delivered according to Green Seal GS-37, ISO 9001 quality controls, and agreed scheduled cadences (daily, weekly, or periodic).

Article 1: Scope of Work & Specification Standards
Article 2: Facility Access, Utilities & Equipment Storage
The Client agrees to grant CoClean crew members safe and unobstructed access to designated cleaning zones during agreed operational windows. Client shall provide adequate electrical power, potable running water, and secure janitorial closet space for approved consumables and industrial machinery.
Article 3: Invoicing, Payment Terms & Rate Transparency
Invoices are generated on a monthly recurring cycle with standard Net-20 commercial payment terms. Pricing includes all labor, commercial-grade machinery, certified consumables, and supervision. Unforeseen emergency spill containment or post-construction projects will be quoted and authorized in advance.
Article 4: Quality Auditing & Immediate SLA Remediation
All client zones undergo random digital supervisor audits. If any zone fails the 98% hygiene standard, the Client may flag the issue via the client portal. CoClean will dispatch a corrective team within 4 hours to re-service the area at zero supplementary charge.
Article 5: Occupational Health, Safety & Hazardous Materials
Both parties agree to uphold strict Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). CoClean crews will not be required to handle uncontained biological hazards or asbestos without prior certified containment protocols and PPE.
Article 6: Term, Termination & Non-Solicitation
Service agreements operate on an initial 12-month term, transitioning to monthly rollover. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client agrees not to directly solicit or employ any CoClean staff member for a period of 12 months post-contract.
